Converting to DIY/Open Source

This project has been a labor of love.  Specifically, I love watching the wait times in my office every day, and it was a blast learning to write concurrent routines in Python on a tiny device.   Building them, however, and fulfilling orders is no fun at all.

But, I still think this is fun enough to share, and so will be converting this to a DIY site where it will simply explain how to build your own, AND link to where you can buy all of the parts online.  The software is already on Github.  The goal is to have a project you can do on your own in a hour or so, assuming you or a buddy has a 3D printer to make the case.

I do have a box full of the ESP32 boards, and so will probably be offering some sort of kit to get rid of those.  So, bear with me as I make this transition.  As always, contact me if you have a support issue.
