Factory Initialization Video

Here's a quick video showing exactly how to initialize the box into factory condition.  You shouldn't need to use it very often, but if you think something's gone wrong this is the first thing to try.

Note: when gently pressing down the buttons, you'll feel a little give as the button depresses.   Its sometimes easier to use a small screwdriver for this, as the round end of the pen will work, but sometimes slides off of the switch.
