Release 1.3 Available

This is a stability release that logs the whole gaumut of Wifi connection errors.  It also adds an explicit file close when writing the wifi credentials that should increase reliabilty.  

To install the latest upgrade to go http://themeparkwaits.local/settings.html and click on the Upgrade Button.   Remember, updating the code can take up to 10 minutes, during which time the box will be black.  Don't Panic!
